Bien que quelques transactions supplémentaires soient attendues en février avant que le marché ne passe aux fixations de mars, la liste des positions pour le reste de février demeure bien remplie. D'après Clarksons, les revenus sur la route standard Houston-Chiba (Japon) ont diminué de 12 % d'une semaine à l'autre, s'établissant à environ 30 000 $ par jour.
